Formafantasma have been shortlisted for three international design awards: The Young Dutch Design Award 2012, DOEN|Material Prijs Award and the Innovation by Design Awards. 'Botanica' has been selected as one of the finalist projects for both the DOEN|Material Prijs Award and the Innovation by Design Awards.
In additional to being finalists for these prizes, Formafantasma will also be participating in several forthcoming lectures and workshops, including a workshop at the Libera Universita' di Bolzano and lectures at both Droog Amsterdam and MAK Vienna. They have also been invited to participate in the 'European Home Run' competition, to design a new, three-dimensional souvenir for the city of Vienna.
