Studio Formafantasma's 'Wien Spielkarten', or 'Vienna Playing Cards', are now in production and available for purchase at the MAK Design Shop.
In 2012, the Vienna Tourist Board, in collaboration with European Home Run, invited a series of six designers to create a 3D keepsake showcasing Vienna's contemporary creativity, as envisioned through the eyes of fellow Europeans. Formafantasma's winning design was a set of playing cards, announced as the chosen project at a tourism conference hosted by the Vienna Tourist Board at the Museum of Applied Arts/Contemporary Art (MAK).
