Nicolas Le Moigne has reworked a ski lift dismantled from the Swiss mountain resort of Verbier for a travelling exhibition titled 'Revisiting a Swiss Icon'. Making its debut at Design Miami/Basel 2013, the exhibition features seven gondolas from the 1970s reincarnated into unique art statements by a group of Switzerland's most acclaimed artists and designers, giving them a new lease on life. The project was organised with the support of Verbier Mountain Climbers, a Swiss entrepreneurial and charitatble project.
Le Moigne converted his gondola into a dining room table titled 'Transformers'.
