A 6-page profile about Max Lamb has been featured in ICON magazine's October 2008 issue. The article also includes mention of Max's 'Flat Iron Chair', commissioned by Gallery Libby Sellers for the Beau Sauvage exhibiton (September - October 2008). As Anna Bates describes, in order to make the chair, Max 'starts with the steel sheet then laser-cuts the chair out - exactly like a paper pattern - before folding along "score lines" and [piecing it together]. He's led by the material, but in every case, the hand is everything'.
