ELLE Decoration has included Simon Hasan's 'Crush Pendant Lights' in its 2013 Fashion Report, which aims to explore how "the catwalk influences the way we live".
The lights were made using a 15th century craft process in which leather is moulded and hardened through the precise application of moisture and heat, resulting in a semi-structural material with a patinated finish, with contrasting brass detailing.
